Lydia’s achievements include: 4.3 GPA • Summa Cum Laude (12/14 quarters) - all academic grades above a 92% • National Honor Society Senior Member • Full Merit Scholar, US Space & Rocket Center awarded for skill, merit • Conway Memorial Scholarship -- awarded for • American Legion Auxiliary Girls Nation - Elected to rep. Kansas in DC • Samsung Scholar, American Legion -- awarded on merit, veteran descent • Kansas Girls State - Elected Federalist Chair, Majority Floor Leader. • Awarded Superior in National Music Teachers Association (4)

In addition, Lydia’s activities include: Receptionist/Optometric Technician @20/20 Optix Vision Center • Alive for All Life -- President (10)(11)(12) • National Honor Society Member • Notre Dame de Sion Storm Dive Team -- Team Captain (11) (12) • Past Cashier Leader @GO Carwash • Piano Lessons -- Participate in competitions throughout the year. • Private Family Babysitter -- Took care of 8 children.
National Honor Society Tutor - Tutored students in math/test prep (2 hours/week) • St. Vincent's Inner City Schools - paint, clean, and organize classrooms. • Advice and Aid Resource Center - Took care of low-income children under 2. • Voter Education Outreach - Canvassed in OVP, KS for candidate education • Vetting for Vets -- Designed 9-month curriculum plan to decrease veteran suicide
